Lindsey Koeneman is a national publicist and media relations specialist for entrepreneurs. She loves shaking up PR and marketing strategies in one-on-one consulting sessions for various clients who aren’t quite ready to lean into a full PR campaign. She spends her time decompressing stress by teaching yoga and meditation weekly and volunteers at a local elementary school.
After graduating from journalism school at MTSU with a public relations emphasis, she gained notoriety by being casted on a SPIKE TV show called On The Road, where she toured around with Grammy award winning band, Sugar Ray, while competing for an A&R job at Lava Records. The biggest thrill for Lindsey was being pictured in an issue of Rolling Stones magazine. Afterwards, she collaborated on and lead successful campaigns for Kenny Chesney, John Prine, Brooks & Dunn, and Sawyer Brown, while under the wing of the legendary publicist, Holly Gleason, of Joe’s Garage.
Next, Lindsey decided take on a new career in sales. She won many accolades over the years, but the one that garnished the best results earned her the "Big Hit" award at RICOH, for a Net New business deal of $125,000 with a 24% gross profit in sales.
Her experience in this field along with publicity created a desire to lean into both and start freelancing full-time.
Another place you can find Lindsey is on a yoga mat. She received her 200YTT yoga teacher training certificate in 2019, and followed it up with certifications in meditation, Ayurveda and Reiki.
